"Ava, or as my girlfriend and I call her, "Aunty Ava" became an integral component in the health and happiness of our "Dog-ter" Rylee! We sought out a walker because Rylee seemed underweight, overly anxious, and truthfully a bit depressed, especially after we moved apartments. Before Rylee started "going to school" with Aunty Ava and her pup troupe she was shy and pretty anxious. As the weeks and months went by we noticed Rylee confidently initiate playful social interactions with dogs she did not know for the first-time, become more independent, playful, and overall just happier. Her good spirits were infectious and we know "Aunty Ava's" dog-whispering skills were instrumental in this change. We trust and respect Ava like a good friend, so much so that when we are out of town and can't bring Rylee we gladly entrust her to stay with Ava - it doesn't hurt that Ava's own dog Charlie is Rylee's boyfriend but that's for another story! Ultimately if you're considering improving your pup's quality of life and consequently your own, we hope you get a chance to have "Aunty Ava" come into your pup's life too."

"Ava became part of the family over the past year that she has been walking our Havanese, Pixley. He would jump for joy the minute he heard her coming up the stairs to take him on his daily adventure with the rest of his pack. He came home happy and tired, which made us feel less guilty about him being alone all day while we were at work. Ava frequently shared pictures of Pixley playing with his buddies - she takes the BEST photos of him smiling and having a blast. Ava is a delight to communicate with and I completely trusted her taking care of our fur baby and coming into our home while we were out. We will miss her dearly!"

"For close to two years, Ava has been the daily walker for our Golden-doodle, Georgia. But to say she is simply a "walker" doesn't even begin to cover Ava's presence. From the first day she showed up she has been nothing short of loving, thoughtful, and proactive. We like to call our dog the "glue" of our family and, as such, she is loved beyond measure. We have trusted our dear doodle to Ava five days per week for lots of fun and romps in the local Presidio and beach areas. Each day that Ava jingles her keys at the door, we hear scurrying paws and the thumping of our dog racing to the door to see Ava. It's obvious they have a great connection. Further, Ava's personality and general positive attitude on each day (rain, shine, hot or cold) was truly appreciated. Ava also took great care to make sure that sandy or muddy paws were handled. The net net is that I would absolutely recommend Ava to take care of your beloved furry friends. All my best to Ava in her new endeavors!"

"Ava is by far the best dog walker we have ever had and we cannot say enough good things about her. Our pup Daisy is prone to anxiety on loud, busy streets (and we happen to live on the noisiest of noisy). For several months, we watched heartbroken as she would cower, tremble, and hide when she knew it was time for a walk. Ava built such a bond with Daisy that the noise on the street was completely trumped by the excitement she had each day when Ava opened the door. She would often wag her tail so hard she would fall over in excitement, then jump into Ava’s lap, and prance out the door with Ava by her side. Not only did Ava build a great relationship with our dog, she also became an extension of our family. She came into our lives as we were adding a new (human) addition to our home. She frequently asked how our pregnancy was progressing, how we were feeling throughout, and offered to help in any way she could once our little one was born. She has watched him grow up with our Daisy throughout the past year and has greatly helped Daisy transition into the role of big sister. We will cherish the bond we have with Ava for the rest of our lives, and while we are so sad to lose her as a walker, we are excited for her on her next journey."

"Ava was the best dog walker/sitter we've ever had! She was extremely reliable and responsive and could always be counted on for anything our pet needed. Her love for her "pack" was evident and her arrival at our house was the highlight of our dog's day. We travel frequently so our puppy spent countless nights at Ava's house. We never worried about leaving her as we knew she would be well taken care of. I can't recommend Ava strongly enough."

*1) Ava is basically part of our family. I trust her implicitly and feel so safe that my furbaby is with her every day. I have seen improvements with my pups behavior and manners ever since we met Ava, she helped grow my pup into a wonderful and independent little girl.
2) Sleepovers at Ava’s while I travel is my puppy’s FAVORITE treat. I am not even sure that she misses me while I’m away because she’s having so much fun and surrounded by so much love
3) My puppy was crate trained since a baby, now that she is almost 2 Ava worked tirelessly with me to slowly transition her out of the crate and to be out and about during the day. It took a few weeks to get her truly comfortable but Ava never gave up and helped ease my mind that these transitions take time. Now my pup is happier than ever and loving her freedom, Ava saves the day again!!
